Returns & Exchanges

At GreenPan, we want you to love your healthy ceramic nonstick cookware, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 60 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your cookware is safely tracked during transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original boxes and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
