What makes GreenPan ceramic non-stick coatings different?
Our Thermolon™ ceramic non-stick coating is manufactured without PFAS, PFOA, lead, or cadmium. It is made from natural materials like sand and remains heat-resistant up to 450°C/850°F without releasing toxic fumes.
Are GreenPan products dishwasher safe?
While many of our collections are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and warm soapy water to preserve the non-stick performance and beauty of your cookware for a longer period.
Can I use metal utensils on my GreenPan cookware?
To maintain the longevity of your ceramic coating, we recommend using silicone, wood, or nylon utensils. While some of our advanced collections are scratch-resistant, metal utensils can still cause premature wear.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $99. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Do you offer a warranty on your cookware?
Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty on the construction of the pan and a 2-year limited warranty on the Thermolon™ ceramic non-stick coating covering any manufacturing defects.
